1.DESCRIPTION
The SMR260 multi-channel resistance tester is a high-precision, wide-range, multi-channel resistance tester with a compact plug-in card design. It can be equipped with up to 6 channel test cards, and each test card can perform scanning tests on 8 resistors, for a total of 48 channel resistance tests. This tester is controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor, and a large true-color 4.3-inch LCD can display the resistance values of 48 channels simultaneously. Each channel can be independently set with a comparator to test resistors from 10 μΩ to 300 KΩ, displaying 30,000 digits. At the same time, it also has an optional temperature compensation function to adapt to different test requirements. When applied to automated equipment, the SMR260 multi-channel resistance tester can use the RS232C and HANDLER interfaces to output GD/NG signals to improve the production automation test capability.
