The CCS High Voltage Wiring Harness Comprehensive Test System is an instrument employed for the rapid inspection of wiring harnesses, capable of accurately detecting breaks, shorts, and misalignments in the test wiring harness, aiding users in swiftly detecting issues within the wiring harness. The equipment, in combination with the supporting upper computer test software, visualizes the problems in the wiring harness.

The system can be applied to the automation testing of wiring harness lines in the automotive, flexible circuit boards, and other fields. The SAIMR8000 distributed version can be constructed as a distributed test system, and through the expansion interface, it can support up to 20,000 test points, which can be used for the testing of wiring harnesses in aircraft, trains, satellites, and other applications.

Distributed Structure (Distributed Version)
It can form a distributed system, and the maximum number of points can be expanded to over 20,000.

Modularized Design
Each test instrument is integrated with 3 test cards and 8 switch array cards, and each switch array card has 32 test points and supports 4-wire measurement.

Multi-functional Test
The test card integrates the OS test function, DC resistance test function, AC/DC insulation voltage test function, insulation resistance test function, and programmable power supply function.

Highly Accurate On-resistance
The on-state testing provides a maximum test current of 1A and a minimum resistance resolution of 10μΩ.

Self-learning Function for Quick Detection of Unknown Harness Connections
It possesses a self-learning function for the quick detection of the connection relationships of unknown harnesses.
