Description
The four nozzle cycle filling line is designed for various liquids such as toner, lotion, cream, mascara, etc. It features automatic filling, inner plug pressing, and capping, with the bottle being discharged automatically. The operation is linear, and the automatic maneuver recycled jig ensures efficiency.
The mold is adjustable, allowing for easy exchange of bottle types by simply adjusting the clamp to accommodate different bottles. The servo motor control ensures precise filling, preventing material from spilling outside during the filling process.
