Description
The Automatic tracking servo filling machine is controlled by PLC, touch screen and servo positioning. It has a highly convenient and quick design which allows it to quickly and easily switch bottles and adjust parameters. All filling parameters, as well as the filling quantities, can be set and adjusted in the touch screen simply with the press of one button. Additionally, the machine has the capability to remember the set parameters for enhanced convenience when setting up production lines. The filling head of the machine is capable of two-speed dye infusion, possesses a vacuum suck-back function, and eliminates leakage during the filling process.
The tank is designed with a liquid-level control and an automatic pump feed system. The exterior frame is completely stainless steel and is finished off with a sleek and environmental friendly aesthetic. Overall, this machine is perfect for filling, capping, and tracking the packaged product.
