Rotor Pump

Rotor pump also call Lobe pump, classified as a positive displacement pump, operates through the rotational movement of lobes or rotors inside a casing to transfer fluids. Comprised of precisely engineered lobes within a chamber, this pump's mechanism relies on the creation and manipulation of enclosed pockets to move liquids. As the lobes rotate within the housing, they generate suction at the inlet, pulling the fluid into the pump. These rotating lobes trap the fluid within the cavities formed between them and the casing. Subsequently, the trapped fluid is transported from the inlet to the outlet as the lobes continue their rotational movement. This displacement of fluid occurs consistently with each revolution, enabling a steady flow rate and accurate volume displacement, ideal for various industrial applications.

It usually use in transfer thick cream products, such as cosmetics cream, lotion, shampoo, syrup, medicine ointment, creams, and so on. It contact parts are made for Stainless Steel 316L, meet GMP Standard.
