Description

  This filling line is equipped with a bottle-in turntable, a bottle air washing machine, a filling machine, a capping machine, a sealing machine, a labeling machine, and a bottle-out turntable. The air bottle washing and filling machine are custom made with 6 nozzles. For the filling process, it utilizes the forward and backward movement of the cylinder to drive the reciprocating motion of the piston located within it. This system is primarily employed for filling liquid washing and cream products such as liquid soap, hand sanitizer, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc.

  Various filling range options are available: 50-500ml, 100-1000ml, 500-5000ml. The filling nozzles can be customized with 4/6/8 filling heads featuring an anti-drop design and can be adjusted to different sizes according to your specific requirements.
