Semi Auto Hot Filling Machine

  This vertical heated filling machine for some high viscosity products that require heating filling to have fluidity, such as ointment, hair wax, vaseline, lip gloss, butter, balm etc. The heated pipe in the water circulation tank keep the water in the jacket at a constant temperature.

It is piston cylinder control volume, you can change manual" and "automatic" filling state.

1. Different filling range option: 10-100ml, 20-250ml, 50-500ml, 100-1000ml. 
2. Emergency switch, piston automatically retreat back to initial bits, filling stop.
3. Without hopper, just connect the pipe to your storage tank and it will automatic suck product.
4.  Adjustable feed and dischagre speed.
5.  The heating function can be turned on or off, and products that do not require heating can also be filled.
