It is suitable for the stacking process of battery cells. The positive and negative electrodes and the separator are Z-shaped stacked. It is a device that can be used in the process of lithium-ion battery stacking. The Pouch Cell Equipment adopts automatic tension control system of separator. The air cylinder drives the separator to move left and right to realize Z-fashion stacking. The cantilever design is easy to operate. Compared with the manual stacking machine, the equipment has the advantages of high stacking efficiency, good stacking uniformity and wide range of applicable battery size. It is an ideal choice for R&D sample production and small batch trial production equipment.
