MR-QMQ85 is a gas driven die cutter for producing pouch battery cathode/anode electrodes ( no electricity required ) Its compact design enables the operation inside a glove box with Ar atmosphere where moisture/oxygen-sensitive electrodes will be cut (such as lithium metal electrode for LithiumSulfur, Lithium Air, and Lithium Solid-State batteries).
Main Features:
- Sheet type electrode feeding, knife template for die cutting, can be placed in the glove box.
- Easy to replace the cutter.
- Long die life, normal use≥30,000 times.
- No quality defects such as burrs, powder drop, and indentation.
- Adopts four pillar structures, up and down slip smooth and high precision.
