MR-DZF-6050 is a vacuum & Atmosphere drying oven installed an adjustable air filling valve. It is suitable for laboratories, universities, research institutes and other laboratories to dry, sterilize and heat treat articles under vacuum conditions.
Main Features:
● PID temperature controller with over temperature alarm function, accurate and reliable.
● Stainless steel chamber, durable and easy to clean. Rectangular shape maxmizes the effective volume.
● Dual-layer tempered glass door allows to observe the inside material easily.
● Closing tightness of the chamber door can be adjusted, synthetic silicon door sealing ring ensures the high vacuum degree in the chamber.
● Storage, heating, testing and drying may be carried out in an environment free of oxygen or filled with inert gas without causing oxidation.

The chamber is structured with stainless steel and welded to bracing pieces. The inner Chamber size: 415 mm x 345 mm x 373 mm (16.3 x 13.6 x 14.7", 50 Liter, 1.88 cubic-foot ) (LxHxD) A good vacuum sealing is achieved by the silicone gasket and the positive latch door. The double layers observation window consists of 1/2" tempered glass and transparent polycarbonate shield. Two stainless steel shelves are included to facilitate processing efficiency. An adjustable air/gas filling valve on the left panel is included. |

It's normal that the SS chamber wall will slightly deform and lose its shine during high-temperature operation. However, this would not affect any functionality. Please do not place the sample on the chamber bottom directly. |
