● The gluing roller is controlled by double servo rods, which can be adjusted to wind up according to different viscosity slurries.
● Continuous and intermittent coating can be freely switched.
● Substrate tension control, stabilized belt moving, equipped with correction device.
● Lower & upper heating oven with good drying effect.
● 3-roller transfer coating with larger coating width.
●Comma coating blade metering, with precision adjustment mechanism to obtain high coating accuracy.
● Adopting analog signal to control power heating, the heating system has high precision and long lifetime:
