We have 24 years experience to make the plastic pipe line , we can supply the different output with customer need , such as pe pipe extruder with sj45, sj50, sj65, sj75,sj80,sj90,sj120 single screw extruder with different motor and output , the PIPE SPEED CAN MAX 60M.MIN  with thin wall thickness , NOW WE TEST THE MOULD DESIGN IS MAX 25M.MIN SPEED
 
The die head we can make pe ppr pipe dingle layer and multi layers such as ABC /ABA
For the vacuum calibration tank , we adopt the 6m or 9m with chiller insider and cool pipe very fast and improve the production speed and reduce the water pollution
 
For example , we use the 20-110mm with 4kw vacuum pump and 1.5kw and 3kw water pump
The whole body we use 304# stainless
The hauling off we adopt the 4kw motor for the 20-110mm and valid hauling off is 1.8m length and pipe speed can max 25m/min design
For the cutter machine , we adopt the innovince servo motor with the speed 25m.min and 1.1kw motor and pipe wall thickness max 20mm and inside is siemens PLC touch screen and cut pipe very fast and sooth
