Manufacturing Process
  • Polymerization: Propylene monomers are polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets
  • Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a thin, continuous sheet
  • Orientation: The extruded sheet is stretched across machine direction and transverse direction to improve mechanical properties and clarity
  • Cooling: The film is cooled using a cooling roll and stored on a take-up roll
  • Finishing: Corona discharge or other surface treatments improve printing quality and adhesion
