Production Process
Crafted with advanced precision co-extrusion casting technology, this 60μm CPP yellow film is engineered for lightweight high-performance scenarios. High-purity food-grade CPP resin is molten in a temperature-calibrated extruder (160-180℃), blended with high-opacity, UV-stable yellow masterbatch for uniform color dispersion, then cast into a smooth base film via precision die head. After constant-temperature cooling, it undergoes high-efficiency corona treatment for surface activation, followed by precision trimming and tight winding—yielding defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch thickness deviation (≤3%) for continuous industrial mass production.
