Production Process
Crafted with precision cast extrusion technology, this 50μm green CPE base film begins with high-grade low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin, homogenously blended with high-stability, light-fast green masterbatch for consistent, vivid color dispersion. The compound is melted in a temperature-regulated extruder (160-180℃) to ensure full fusion, then extruded through a precision flat die and cast onto a mirror-polished cooling roller for rapid, controlled solidification. Post-extrusion, it undergoes precise edge trimming, constant tension calibration, and static neutralization, before being wound into tight, defect-free rolls—guaranteeing uniform 50μm gauge, fade-resistant green hue, and a smooth, blemish-free surface ideal for industrial converting.
