This heavy-duty 80μm black cast polyethylene base film offers exceptional light-blocking capabilities, high tensile strength, tear resistance, and a smooth surface ideal for industrial applications. Designed for lamination compatibility with optional anti-static properties.
Production Process
Manufactured using advanced precision cast extrusion technology, this film begins with high-purity LDPE resin uniformly blended with light-fast black masterbatch. The compound undergoes temperature-calibrated extrusion (170-190℃) through precision flat dies, followed by rapid solidification on mirror-polished cooling rollers. Final processing includes edge trimming, tension control, and static neutralization to produce defect-free rolls with consistent 80μm gauge and smooth surface finish.
