Production Process
Manufactured through advanced high-precision cast extrusion technology using high-purity LDPE resin uniformly blended with high-concentration, light-fast black masterbatch. The process ensures deep, consistent color penetration and excellent opacity through temperature-regulated extrusion (175-195℃), precision flat die casting, and rapid solidification on mirror-polished cooling rollers.
