Ultra-heavy-duty brown cast polyethylene base film featuring vivid color, high tensile strength, tear resistance, and puncture-proof construction with smooth surface for lamination compatibility.
Production Process
Manufactured through ultra-precision cast extrusion using high-purity LDPE resin mixed with light-fast brown masterbatch. The process involves controlled melting at 175-195℃, extrusion onto mirror-polished cooling rollers for solidification, followed by trimming, tension control, and winding into defect-free rolls with stable 160μm gauge.
