80μm base film with 25μm uniform emboss depth, featuring red-black dual-color construction, color stability, high stiffness, high tensile strength, tear resistance, printability, and heat-sealability.
Production Process
Crafted with advanced co-extrusion casting and high-precision embossing technology. High-purity CPP resin is molten in a temperature-calibrated extruder (160-180℃), then co-extruded with red & black masterbatches to form a rigid 80μm dual-color base film (red top/black bottom). After precision cooling, it undergoes embossing under 100-110℃ & 0.2-0.3MPa for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by corona treatment, trimming and winding into consistent, defect-free rolls—ensuring industrial-grade production stability.
