Production Process

After precision cooling and shaping, it undergoes embossing under 100-110℃ & 0.2-0.3MPa for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by high-power corona treatment, precision edge trimming and tight winding—yielding defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%) for industrial mass production.
