Production Process
Manufactured using precision co-extrusion casting and industrial-grade embossing techniques. High-purity CPP resin is melted at 160-180°C and co-extruded with yellow and black masterbatches to create a 70μm dual-color base film (18μm yellow top layer/52μm black bottom layer). After cooling and shaping, the film undergoes embossing at 100-110°C under 0.2-0.3MPa pressure for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish. Final steps include high-power corona treatment, edge trimming, and tight winding, ensuring defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%) and consistent industrial-grade performance.
