Production Process
Manufactured through ultra-precision industrial co-extrusion casting and heavy-duty embossing. High-purity CPP resin is melted at 160-180°C and co-extruded with high-concentration yellow and black masterbatches to form a 100μm dual-color base film (25μm yellow top layer/75μm black bottom layer). After precision cooling and shaping, the film undergoes embossing at 100-110°C under 0.2-0.3MPa pressure for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by corona treatment, precision trimming, and tight winding to yield defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%).
