Premium cast polypropylene film engineered for high-end stationery and industrial packaging applications, featuring exceptional stiffness, vivid dual-color appearance, and superior mechanical properties.
Production Process
Manufactured using precision co-extrusion casting and high-torque embossing technology. High-purity CPP resin is processed at 160-180°C, co-extruded with high-opacity yellow and black masterbatches to form a 90μm dual-color base film (22μm yellow top layer/68μm black bottom layer). After precision cooling and shaping, the film undergoes embossing at 100-110°C under 0.2-0.3MPa pressure for uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by corona treatment, micro-trimming, and tight winding to produce defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%).

Perfect for heavy-duty industrial safety warning and marking tapes due to excellent tear resistance and anti-slip performance. Also suitable for premium medium food packaging and heavy industrial protective packaging. Performs stably in 0°C-65°C environments and adapts perfectly to high-speed slitting, high-definition digital printing, and automated heat-sealing industrial processes.
