What is the difference between PPGI and PPGL coil?
PPGI is short for pre-painted galvanized steel, while PPGL is short for pre-painted galvalume steel. As the name suggests, PPGI uses galvanized sheets (with a layer of zinc coating) as base metal. While PPGL is with galvalume sheet as substrate, which is coated with 55% aluminum, 43.3% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.
What is difference between PPGI & Pcgi?
In the case of PPGI, there is a thin coating layer that consists of 18-20 microns, and continuous lines are used in the sheet manufacturing facility, and (check the meaning). In contrast, PCGI is coated with magnetically charged particles, and the thickness is around 0.6-0.8 mm.
