Q1. How many bundles do I need?
For average head size, here is my suggestion:
10"-14":2 bundles with 1 closure
16"-20":3 bundles with 1 closure
22"-30":4 bundles or more with 1 closure

Q2. How long does the hair last?
With proper care (clean and condition the hair regularly, the hair will last 1-4 year).

Q3. How do I know if the hair is human hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.

Q4. What is the natural color hair?
Our hair is natural color, close to #1b, there is a little color shading between the material and the photo.

Q5. I paid the order yesterday, why the vendor has not sent the goods?
We will ship the hair within 24 hours after receiving your full payment.

Q6.Can I dye or ironed hair ?

yes. Please have a professional color your hair for you can over process your extensions and you can iron it by yourself or go to the salon.

Q7.Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Your Unprocessed cheap hair weave bundles can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q8.What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is a term for hair that has never been chemically processed. Chemically processed hair is hair that has been color treated, permed, relaxed, bleached or dyed.
