1.How much manpower and time does it take to install the container?
2.What tools and equipment do I need to prepare for the installation of a Detachable container house?
------Thanks to such a Fully knock down structure, you don't need any big tools(Like crane and forklift) for installation. What you need is just a grinder, hand drill, hexagonal screwdriver, rubber hammer, utility knife, non-slip gloves, silicons gun, tape measure, marker, ladder, spirit level.
3.How many days is your fastest lead time?
------It depends on the quantity. If it is a regular size, our lead time is normally would be 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.
4.Can you customize colors?
------Yes, it can be customized. Our regular color is White frame and Grey white for wall. But to custom the color, it will require a certain MOQ, depends on which color you prefer. You can tell us your RAL color number, then we customize for you.
5.What size you can do?
------We can customized the size base on your needs. Our standard size is 6*3m, but it's flexible, maximum size we can do is 12*4m.You can tell us what size building you are planning to do, then our designer will come up a recommended floor plan design base on your needs.
6.Will your product leak?
------Our products are designed as a house, so our designs prioritize is to ensuring they're 100% waterproof. Installed according to our instructions, you won't experience leaks. Beyond being waterproof, our products are also resistant to 120KM/H wind speed and grade 8 earthquake.
7.How's your product be shipped?
------Our Detachable container will be shipped fully disassembled, and fit into a 20GP or a 40HQ shipping container for shipment. Thanks to this detachable structure, it will help to save a lot of space when we do loading, so one 40HQ can fit 17 units container houses.
8.How are your container house insulated?
------All of our products are use sandwich panels to be the wall. To be exactly, we are using 50mm rock wool sandwich panels as their walls(standard speicifics), while Rock wool is a very good insulation material, and it can achieve A1 fire-proof level. Except Rock wool, you can also chose EPS, PU, Glass wool as the wall insulation material. Besides, for extreme hot and cold areas, we are available to upgrade the wall thickness to be 75mm or even maximum 100mm.
9.Is it able to be moved after the container house already built up?
------Yes, no problem. Even after the container house is built up, you can use a crane and directly hook up its 4 corners to lift up the container, put it on the truck and move to other places. That's why we also call it Mobile house.
