Applications:

For Membrane Press Vacuum Press, the film can provide a thickness of 0.2-0.5mm, the width of 1260mm and 1400mm, and a length of 100-300m/roll. It can be used to cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, and fiberboard primarily for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, and furniture. It can also cover on embossed boards and numerous surfaces at the same time.

For Wrapping Profiles, the film provides thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1260mm, and a length of 300-800m/roll. Mainly used for door frames, window sills, base channels and PVC ceilings, it can cover on wooden profiles, aluminum profiles, and PVC profiles.

Cold Laminating film gives a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm, width of 1240-1260mm, and a length of 300-500m/roll. It is designed to cover on wooden panels, steel panels, aluminum panels, and PVC panels for furniture and doors.

Hot Laminating film has 0.16-0.30mm for thickness, 1260mm for width, and 200-300m/roll for length. It suits to cover PVC panels, steel panels, aluminum panels for doors, skirting, and other applications.

Self-adhesive film has a thickness of 0.1-0.2mm, width of 600mm and 1220mm, and length of 5-50m/roll. Mainly used for furniture and indoor decoration, it can stick on any smooth surface.

All the PVC films are carefully packed with wrapping foam sheet, kraft paper head, and plastic sheet outside. For shipping by sea or air, pallet packing is available.
