The KUKA KR120 R3200 PA palletizing work station is a high-performance automated system designed for medium-payload applications across multiple industries. This flexible and cost-efficient solution delivers precision palletizing with seamless integration capabilities to optimize efficiency, reduce labor costs, and enhance workplace safety.

After product packaging is completed by the sealing machine, products are positioned through inclined rollers and transported to fixed pick positions. The HMI interface allows pre-selection of product sizes and operations. PLC initiates robot movement only when no personnel interference is detected in the robot working area.

One conveying line can handle two different products, with same products stacked to designated areas. The pallet warehouse accommodates up to 10 pallets simultaneously.

1. PLC detects incoming workpiece on conveying line
2. Pallet moves to pick-up position on conveyor line
3. Robot moves over the product
4. Product is picked up with sponge gripper
5. Robot moves to required palletizing position
6. Placement position calculated by position offset
7. Product is slowly lowered into position
8. Process repeats for continuous operation
