Product Description
Power Grinding 20CrMnTi Industrial Gear Set with ISO 6-7 Accuracy Grade Drive Components
Dingsco Gear is a specialized R&D and manufacturing facility dedicated to the design, development, production, and sales of high-quality fine-pitch spiral bevel gears, high-reduction hypoid gears, and cylindrical gears. The company possesses robust R&D capabilities and is equipped with a comprehensive suite of advanced machinery—including multiple 6-axis, 5-axis simultaneous-control CNC spiral bevel gear grinding and milling machines.
Material Characteristics
- Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥1080MPa, yield strength ≥835MPa, impact energy ≥55J. After carburizing and quenching, surface hardness reaches HRC58-62 and core hardness HRC30-45.
- Core advantages: Ti refines grains and inhibits grain growth during high-temperature carburizing, enabling direct quenching after carburizing with minimal distortion; Cr and Mn improve hardenability, ensuring core strength for large cross-sections.
Technical Principles
- Transmission mechanism: Spiral bevel gears (Gleason/Klingelnberg system) inside the power turret realize 90° orthogonal drive, with vertical arrangement of input and output shafts, transmitting torque through tooth surface meshing to drive the tool rotation.
- Working condition adaptability: Tooth profile is optimized for modification, high contact ratio and smooth meshing, capable of withstanding high-speed rotation and heavy cutting loads, suitable for turn-mill, drilling, tapping and other composite machining.
Manufacturing Process
- Forging:Heated to 1150-1200℃, forged into gear blank to refine grains.
- Normalizing:Insulated at 880-920℃ and air-cooled to uniform structure and improve machinability.
- Carburizing:Insulated in carbon-rich atmosphere at 920-930℃ for 4-10 hours, surface carbon content increases to 0.8%-1.2%.
- Quenching:Oil-cooled at 820-850℃ to form high-hardness martensite structure.
- Low-temperature Tempering:Insulated at 160-200℃ for 1.5-2 hours to eliminate stress and stabilize structure.
- Finishing:Hobbing or grinding to ensure tooth profile accuracy (usually ≥IT6) and surface roughness (Ra≤0.8μm).
- Inspection:Full inspection of hardness, pitch, tooth lead, contact pattern, etc., for assembly after qualification.
