- Rough machining: CNC turning for outline, CNC planing for rough tooth cutting.
- Heat treatment: vacuum carburizing quenching & low-temperature tempering for hard surface and tough core.
- Precision finishing: CNC gear grinding to correct thermal deformation, paired lapping to optimize meshing contact.
- Inspection & finishing: full-size precision testing, anti-rust treatment, matching marking, cleaning and packaging.
Cautions
- Installation alignment: Keep two shafts vertically intersected at 90°, control axis offset & gear backlash, calibrate meshing contact spots.
- Standard lubrication: Select matched gear oil according to rotating speed, replace & filter oil regularly, do not mix different lubricants.
- Operation control: Avoid overload, frequent start-stop & forward-reverse switch, limit operating temperature, prohibit long-term over-speed operation.
- Daily maintenance: Regularly inspect tooth surface wear, pitting and cracks, replace damaged gears immediately; avoid hitting tooth surface during disassembly.
- Storage requirements: Separately pack matched gears for rust prevention, store in dry low-humidity environment away from corrosive substances.
