It is made by bonding corrugated core paper (wavy layers) with at least one sheet of paper (flat paper). Low raw material cost: Waste paper pulp is readily available and inexpensive, much lower than wood (for box materials) and plastic particles (for plastic boxes). The cost advantage is more significant when purchasing in large quantities.

High production efficiency: The production process is mature (pulping, corrugated forming, printing, die-cutting, box-filling can be carried out through automated assembly lines), and the daily production capacity of a single production line can reach tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of paper boxes, suitable for large-scale orders, and reducing the unit production cost.

Low usage and recycling costs: Lightweight during transportation reduces freight costs; when stored, it can be folded (unformed corrugated cardboard is flat), occupying only 1/10 of the storage space compared to formed paper boxes, reducing storage costs; during recycling, no complex processing is required (such as plastic needs sorting, wood boxes need dismantling), with wide recycling channels and low processing costs.
