The car air conditioning compressor is the heart of the car air conditioning refrigeration system. It plays a role in compressing and transporting refrigerant vapor.

     There are two types of compressors: fixed displacement and variable displacement. According to different working principles, air conditioning compressors can be divided into fixed displacement compressors and variable displacement compressors. The introduction of fixed displacement compressors for automobiles is as follows: 1. The displacement of fixed displacement compressors increases proportionally with the increase of engine speed, and cannot automatically change the power output according to the refrigeration demand, which has a significant impact on engine fuel consumption; 2. It is generally controlled by collecting temperature signals from the evaporator outlet. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the electromagnetic clutch of the compressor is released, and the compressor stops working; When the temperature rises, the electromagnetic clutch engages and the compressor starts working. The constant displacement compressor is also controlled by the pressure of the air conditioning system. When the pressure in the pipeline is too high, the compressor stops working.

1. When replacing a new compressor, the air conditioning pipes, condenser, and evaporator must be cleaned. Separate and clean the internal            pipes of the air conditioner, pour special cleaning agent into the condenser and evaporator of the pipes, soak for about 20 minutes, and then          use high-pressure nitrogen to flush out the cleaning agent and dirt together.

2. The expansion valve must be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, and if the drying bottle is a pipeline filter, it must be replaced.

3. Please choose pure refrigerant.

4. Install a new compressor and add approximately 450 grams of refrigerant.
