- Full CNC programming, one-time clamping forming, ensuring the consistency of geometric tolerances and structural strength of each mounting hole
Machining Accuracy:
- Dimensional tolerance: ±0.015mm, strictly matching the assembly clearance of brake pedal and pin shaft
- Geometric tolerance: coaxiality of mounting hole ≤0.02mm, flatness of load-bearing surface ≤0.03mm
- Surface roughness: Ra≤1.6μm, smooth and burr-free load-bearing surface, improving structural stability

With heat treatment, adopting T6 solution aging strengthening process.
