Laminated Glass Laminated glass is a sandwich of two sheets of glass with a special plastic interlayer like poly-vinyl butyral (PVB) in between. Depending upon the lamination process, laminated glass provides the best protection against injury as the glass pieces “stick” to the PVB upon breakage.

A1 - We are a glass factory specializing in laminated glass, tempered glass, louver glass etc. We own our advanced and all classic automatic production line, we can supply laminated glass with different thickness and sizes and colors, also for Louver glass with flat or C edge and different sizes.

Q3 – What’s your maximum size you supply and can you accept customized size?
A3 – maximum size: 2760mm x 3680 mm. We have laminated glass cutting machine (INTERMAC) from ITALY, we can supply kinds of customized size and ensure the quality of edge cutting.
Q4 - How long is your delivery time and what about your capacity of producing?
A4 –About 2-3 weeks after received the advance payment, if very urgent order, the most quick time we can do is one week. Our production capacity is about 63000M2 per month, 40containers.
Q5 - What is the payment terms?
A5 - Both L/C and T/T are available.
Q6 - What is the packing details?
A6 – End cap and loose in A-frame are available: all of the packing is non-fumigation strong seaworthy plywood crate. It is suitable for long-term land and marine transportation.
 
Q7-Can you supply the samples?
A7- Samples are offered for free, clients should pay for the freight cost and tax, in case there's an order, the cost can be deducted from the total value.
 
Q8-What is your minimum order quantity?
A8: Our MOQ is one full 20 feet container.
