Over time, the machining process has evolved from two-axis to three-axis, four-axis, and even five-axis machining centers, allowing for highly precise results up to 0.001mm. Our CNC machines have a maximum processing size of 500mm * 1000mm * 600mm, and can handle workpieces weighing up to 800kg. The machine tool spindle speed of 20,000 RPM ensures a smooth and clean surface finish.

We work with a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, copper, stainless steel, titanium, POM, and PTFE, among others. To achieve the highest quality and dimensional accuracy, we employ both rough machining and fine processing methods. The rough machining removes a margin of approximately 0.5 * 1mm, which is then followed by finish machining. Some products may undergo additional surface treatments such as plating, polishing, passivation, sandblasting, powder coating, or anodizing (commonly used for aluminum CNC parts, providing black, red, blue, or other colored anodized finishes).
