1. Manufacture Process
The standard manufacturing process includes the following stages: initial receipt of customized drawings, confirmation of samples, material sourcing, blanking, CNC machining, forming, application of various surface treatments like zinc/nickel/chrome plating, spray painting, anodizing, electro-polishing, coating, etc., thorough inspection, and final packaging.
Materials used include steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, among others, while a variety of surface treatments are available to enhance the appearance and properties of the parts.
