Features

1.Use multiple servo motors to control piston cylinder filling (one set of servo motor systems controls one set of piston cylinders) to ensure high precision and more stable piston movement; the filling speed is adjustable to achieve different filling speeds for different materials.
2. The filling nozzle adopts internal plugging design to prevent dripping. Each set of filling heads is equipped with a bottle mouth positioning function to prevent the filling head from hitting the bottle mouth.

3. The filling head can adjust the spacing according to the size of the bottle with buckle parts, which is convenient and fast.
4. A residual drip collection tank controlled by an independent cylinder is installed under the filling head to ensure that the material does not drip out of the bottle mouth after the filling head is closed.
5. Equipped with an automatic weighing feedback system, the filling dose can be automatically adjusted (used to adjust the dose during debugging, non-online check weight, and random inspection can be used to check the filling accuracy during normal operation).
