Project introduction - private room

• The circulating packaging materials in the inner package room are transported to the whole building from the cleaning workshop on the fourth floor through the turnover basket.
• After production, the turnover basket will be returned to the fourth floor for unpacking.
• The turnover basket is pasted with bar code, which can automatically identify and transferto the corresponding production line.
• The full-automatic intelligent degree is high, which can automatically take and place bottles and automatically manage the covers.
• One person can look after at least 2-3 production lines.

Project introduction - Out packing room

• After production, the turnover basket will be returned to the fourth floor for unpacking.
• The materials are transported to each production line by AGV trolley.The empty frame finally flows back to the fourth floor.
• The finished products are lifted by 2.3m through the elevator and transported to another lifting warehouse through the drum for online stacking.
• One stacker can stack four pallets with high stacking efficiency.
