A vibratory bowl feeder conveyor system uses the vibratory force of a vibratory bowl feeder to convey washers along a track. Before turning on the vibratory bowl feeder, the manufacturer needs to place the washers into the vibratory bowl feeder, either manually or with a bin with a conveyor belt, depending on the design of the production line and the degree of automation.

Once the vibratory bowl feeder is activated by the controller, the bowl generates vibrations that transport the washers to the track. During the transport process, the gaskets are transported to the specified location by means of sensors, guiding plates and other devices on the conveyor system. Upon arrival at the destination, the manufacturer can pick up the gaskets manually or with a robotic arm to assemble the product.
