Vibratory bowl feeder have an important role to play in automated manufacturing by transporting parts in a sequential order to the production line in preparation for further processing and packaging, significantly increasing productivity.

When the vibrating bowl feeder starts working, the parts placed in the bowl move along the tracks, and as they pass through these specially tailored tracks, the parts are reoriented, and if the parts are not in the required condition, they are pushed into the center of the bowl, followed by moving along the tracks again, eventually reaching the correct orientation.

We were approached by a German company that produces oral liquid. The customer asked us to design a vibratory bowl feeder for him to convey glass bottles of oral liquid.

Since glass bottles are easy to break, in order to minimize the collision between the bottles, engineers set up rubber cushion at the key position of the vibratory bowl feeder. According to the size and weight of the glass bottles, the frequency and amplitude of the vibratory bowl feeder are adjusted to prevent the amplitude from being too large and causing the glass bottles to break. During subsequent use, it is important to regularly check the components of the vibratory bowl feeder, clean the dust on the disk and track, and keep the equipment clean.
