Vibratory bowl feeder have an important role to play in automated manufacturing by transporting parts in a sequential order to the production line in preparation for further processing and packaging, significantly increasing productivity.

When the vibratory bowl feeder starts working, the parts placed in the bowl move along the tracks, and as they pass through these specially tailored tracks, the parts are reoriented, and if the parts are not in the required condition, they are pushed into the center of the bowl, followed by moving along the tracks again, eventually reaching the correct orientation.

Vibratory bowl feeders are an important piece of equipment in the production of bottled products, conveying loose plastic bottles in sequence to the filling machine for canning. We once worked with an American company producing skin care products, and the customer required 30 bottles a minute to match the speed of the filling machine.

In order to accommodate a sufficient number of plastic bottles, the engineers chose a 900 mm diameter vibratory bowl feeder. When designing the track, baffles and flippers were added to keep the bottles face up before conveying them to the filling machine. The vibratory bowl feeder was designed to meet the customer's conditions: 30 bottles a minute were conveyed with the tops of the bottles facing up.
