The 120-ton liquid silicone vertical injection molding machine is equipped with a German 2KM liquid silicone feeding device. The machine adopts a special hydraulic water-cooled closed injection nozzle for liquid silicone and a special material tube group for liquid silicone to achieve high-precision and high-stable injection of liquid silicone. The unique design of the vertical turntable or double-slide injection molding machine with one upper mold and two lower molds allows the operator to use the time of silicone thermosetting to pick and place products in another set of molds and clean the molds, greatly increasing production efficiency. The machine has various optional functions to adapt to different production needs, and is now widely used in the auto parts and medical industries.

- The unique water transport design ensures effective heat dissipation when in contact with the hot mold and prevents the rubber from vulcanizing in the nozzle flow channel.
