A: The screw barrel of the vertical bakelite machine is special. The barrel does not need to be heated. It is generally heated by an oil thermometer (to accurately control the barrel temperature). The barrel has an interlayer heating oil circulation, and the general temperature is controlled between 70 and 110 degrees. Too high will cause the bakelite powder to solidify.
