Description
This is a comprehensive 50 extruding production line, makes both FTTH drop flat cables and indoor soft cables. A cost effective machine solution.
To make cable structures:
A. Simplex duplex patchcord cable outer diameter: 1.2/1.6/2.0/3.0mm, 0.6/0.9mm buffer fibers + Kevlar/aramid yarn strengthen members + LSZH/PVC sheath.
B. Multi core distribution cable outer diameter 5.0mm max., 6core 0.9mm buffer fibers +Kevlar/aramid yarn strengthen members + LSZH/PVC sheath.
C. Mini micro indoor fiber optical cable outer diameter 3.8mm max. up to 24core colored bare fibers +Kevlar/aramid yarn strengthen members + LSZH/PVC sheath.
D. FTTH drop fiber optic cable 2.0x3.0mm, 2.0x5.0mm. Cable structure: bare fibers + steel wires/FRP strengthen members + LSZH/PVC/PE sheath.
And other similar optical fiber cables.
