Injection mold volume is large, the replacement of trouble, injection molding per mold multiple caps require greater pressure, the material heating temperature is higher, energy consumption is higher than the pressure plastic.

The mixed material is put into the injection molding machine, the material is heated to about 230 degrees Celsius in the machine to become semi-plasticized state, and the pressure is injected into the mold cavity of the abrasive tool, and the cooling is completed.

After injection molding, twist the mold upside down to allow the cap to fall out

The bottle cap cooling and shrinking mold rotates counterclockwise and pushes the bottle cap out under the action of the push plate to realize the automatic fall off of the bottle cap. The screw rotation stripping can ensure the complete forming of the whole thread and effectively avoid the deformation and scratch of the bottle cap.

Anti-theft ring (ring) production  : 

Careful you will find that the bottle cap also includes an anti-theft ring (ring) part. That is, after making the lid part and then cutting the anti-theft ring (ring), a complete bottle cap is completed.

Anti-theft ring (ring), is a small circle under the bottle cap, also known as a one-time break anti-theft ring, unscrew the lid anti-theft ring will fall off on the bottle, through this can determine whether a bottle of water or a bottle of drink is complete or has been opened.
