Q2) How long will it take to receive my products?

As a general rule for available mold products, it will take 3 weeks for us to produce your products. But if we have stocks for common items in common colors, we can ship immediately as you wish.

Q3) Can I have a custom-designed mock-up sample?

We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting designs from customers.

Q4)Is there a minimum order requirement?

Due to the daily production capacity being very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model, but we can help to do several colors for choice. It is recommended that you order a 20” GP or 40” HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
