Suction process

In the initial stage of pressing, the piston or plunger moves downward, creating negative pressure in the pump chamber. At this time, the liquid in the soap bottle is sucked into the pump chamber through the inlet valve under the action of atmospheric pressure.

Discharge process

With continued pressure, the piston or plunger reaches the bottom of the stroke and then begins to move upward. At this point, the inlet valve is closed and the discharge valve is opened.

Liquid discharge

Due to the upward push of the piston or plunger, the soap liquid in the pump chamber is squeezed and discharged through the drain valve and the outlet at the top of the pump cover, forming a quantitative soap liquid supply.
