Coffee one-way degassing valve is a common device in coffee packaging, which works as follows:

When coffee is roasted and packaged, gases like carbon dioxide are produced inside. The one-way degassing valve allows these gases to vent outwards under pressure.

Its structure usually consists of a valve body and a diaphragm. The diaphragm is usually made of an elastic material, such as rubber.

Under normal conditions, the diaphragm is closed, preventing outside air from entering the inside of the package.

When the pressure of the gas produced by the coffee in the package gradually increases, the gas presses against the diaphragm, causing it to open upward and the gas can escape.

Once the internal pressure is reduced, the diaphragm will return to the closed state under the action of its own elasticity, preventing outside air from entering.
