Alloy 310S Stainless Steel Sheet & Plate
310S SS Plates is an excellent choice for a variety of industries such as chemical and petrochemicals, food processing, power plants, Dairies, Sugar Mills, breweries, and energy production due to its excellent resistance to high temperatures. The high chromium content allows the 310S stainless steel plates to withstand oxidizing atmospheres up to 2100°F (1149°C). It has outstanding weldability characteristics with good notch toughness and ductility. In addition to its corrosion and heat resistance capabilities, it provides excellent low-temperature properties down to -20°F (-29°C ) making it an ideal material for cryogenic applications. Lastly, it has good oxidation resistance that protects scaling up to 2000°F (1093°C ), which makes it the most preferred choice in high-temperature industrial environments.
