TPS61181RTER Description
Model TPS61181RTER is a 1.5A white LED driver for notebooks with built-in LDO . It has a high efficiency boost regulator with integrated 1.5A/40V power MOSFET and six current sink regulators for high precision current regulation and matching. It can support up to 60 WLED and has a driver output for an external PFET for input disconnect and inrush current limit. Some of the applications of model TPS61181RTER are media size LCD backlight , 48x16 LED matrix driver, and general purpose high brightness LED driver.
